Welcome to the beautiful community that is Springbrook Homeowners Association. Made up of adjoining subdivisions of premier homes surrounded by natural beauty as well as other amenities. Bordered on the north and west side by the Looking Glass river there are also two man made lakes that offer not only scenic vistas, but opportunities to enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, ice skating and ice fishing. The main lake features adjacent tennis courts and a beach. Springbrook Homeowners Association also features another common area with a nature trail along the eastern banks of the Looking Glass river which is also to be enjoyed by all residents of the association. Great care is taken by volunteer residents and professional landscape services to maintain the 2 main entrances and common areas year round.
The neighborhood hosts an annual garage sale every May and an Easter egg hunt in the spring. Over the years while some families have moved on many of the homes are occupied by their original owners. The Springbrook neighborhood continues to be a solid, family oriented community of homes.
